Caddock's market niche is providing high performance resistor solutions to designers of electronic hardware used in commercial, industrial, medical, military and space equipment worldwide. Our Applications / Sales Engineers provide reactive solutions to our customers unique design requirements. We also proactively seek out new design-in solutions to our customers design requirements utilizing Caddock resistor technologies. Understanding and communicating complex technical issues regarding the customer's application requirements is essential, as well as proficiency in working with Mil-Std's and military specifications. Must be an effective communicator, with strong people skills, and must perform with a high level of thoroughness and accuracy to provide the innovative technical solutions our customers have come to expect.

The Applications / Sales Engineer's primary goal is to provide unique technical solutions to our customers design requirements utilizing Caddock resistor technologies. Understanding and communicating complex technical issues regarding the customer's application requirements is essential, as well as proficiency in working with Mil-Std's and military specifications.

The successful candidate will have a technical degree (BS Engineering or equivalent) and five or more years work experience (design or component engineering experience) in precision analog electronics, high voltage, or power electronics, preferably with a focus in the areas of military and/or space applications.

Communications with customers will be done primarily by phone, fax and e-mail from our facility in Roseburg. Work related travel is minimal. Relocation to Roseburg, Oregon is required.
